While we draw on our own comprehensive experience and the specialist insight of our consultant team, we know we can achieve a better development by engaging the local community and others who can help to refine and improve it further.
In February 2025 we engaged with the community to hear their views and feedback about the latest phase of proposed development at Peddimore.
A Reserved Matters application for an employment building at Development Zone 1B, known as Unit C, has now been submitted to Birmingham City Council. The application, reference number 2025/01978/PA, can be viewed on the city council website
You will be able to comment on the planning application after it has been validated by the city council.
We are separately still working on the separate Reserved Matters application which will also shortly be submitted for the proposed Padel Club facility at the Hub plot at the entrance to the site.
