While we draw on our own comprehensive experience and the specialist insight of our consultant team, we know we can achieve a better development by engaging the local community and others who can help to refine and improve it further.
In February 2025 we engaged with the community to hear their views and feedback about the latest phase of proposed development at Peddimore.
A Reserved Matters application for an employment building at Development Zone 1B, known as Unit C, has now been approved (subject to conditions) by Birmingham City Council. The application, reference number 2025/01978/PA, can be viewed on the city council website.
A separate Reserved Matters application for the Padel Club facility at the Hub plot at the entrance to the site has also now been submitted to Birmingham City Council. It has a reference number 2025/03463/PA and can be viewed on the city council website, where you will be able to comment on the application.
